White Products now builds custom wiring kits used in Ford Crown Victoria sedans for emergency lights, alley lights, take-down lights, sirens, horns, and communications equipment. Thirty-eight color-coded wires are cut to length and terminated to fit Series 32000 Cooper Bussmann Transportation Products connectors. The connectors plug into a Vehicle Electrical Center (VEC) that distributes auxiliary power.

The kits are labeled and individually bagged to allow the prep shop to pull from stock rather than stocking dozens of different wires, cutting to length, and hand crimping. Time, labor, and material savings are huge.
